Nualtra is an independently-owned Irish company specialising in the delivery of food for special medical purposes, to assist in the clinical treatment of malnutrition. The company first worked with Tony Frawley prior to the launch of the company back in 2012 to help develop its brand and plan its go to market strategy.

Nualtra recently engaged 2020 Brand Consultants to activate their brand across a new mobile-responsive website to replace its two existing websites for the UK and Ireland.

Nualtra’s core values are centred on challenging the industry status quo by constantly innovating and thinking outside the box. The company wanted the new website to be consistent with these values and portray a strong visual image for the business through creative design. The client’s goal for this site was to primarily provide information on its range of products to Healthcare Professionals in the UK and Ireland. The design brief required that the site look professional while also reflecting Nualtra’s innovation in the pharma/healthcare sector. The incorporation of the company’s brand identity in the site was also a priority, with the usage of the ‘nu’ symbol throughout, as well as the wave imagery explored in Nualtra’s brand guidelines.

A ‘Sample Request’ feature was of critical importance to the site, with a complicated user journey due to the site operating across two territories. We made this user experience as simple as possible through the creation of easy-to-navigate forms. The company was also anxious to leverage the ‘food first’ idea for healthcare professionals. This was achieved through the creation of a dynamic Recipe section, illustrating through imagery the delicious foods that can be created using the products and offering downloadable recipes.
