Randaddy’s is a café/restaurant located on the promenade in the seaside resort of Lahinch, Co. Clare. 2020 Brand + Marketing Visionaries was tasked with developing a new brand and core message to position the business in the market and to communicate this message through a number of marketing channels.
Randaddy’s owner, Randy Lewis, needed us to help grow the business by differentiating it in what is a highly competitive market in Lahinch. The strategy we proposed, following extensive research, involved a complete rebrand, an improved customer journey, a new mobile-responsive website, investment in the interior and exterior and the creation of key marketing collateral, used to communicate the new brand message. The new brand positioning statement ‘A Real TASTE of ADVENTURE’ was developed based on owner Randy’s vast level of global experience when it comes to cooking and travel. The message was carried through to a number of touch points including the building façade, interior design, menus and storyboard.
